Our check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you're planning a late check-out or need assistance with storing your luggage, please don't hesitant to reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. 






What are the check-in and check-out times?


Full refund for cancellations 60+ days before check-in. 50% refund between 30-60 days before check-in. Unfortunately, no refund for cancellations under 30 days before check-in.






WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


Yes, we do have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights for bookings. However, we understand that there may be special circumstances where a one-night stay is necessary. In such situation, please contact us directly.






IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT?


We do not charge additional fees as taxes are included in our rates. But please note, a 2,000,000 IDR per Villa security deposit is required for direct bookings upon check-in, payable in cash. This deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection upon check-out.






ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR FEES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?


Our amenities include a pool, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WiFi, drinking water, housekeeping, pool maintenance, shower and pool towels, bathrobes, shower products, scooter/car parking, welcome drink and fruits.






WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE VILLA?


Your booking does not include breakfast, but you have the option to add a floating breakfast experience for 350,000 IDR per couple.






IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?


Yes, we do offer airport pick ups and drop offs. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Airbnb, and our team will gladly assist you in organising your transportation needs.






DO YOU OFFER AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION?


Yes, we can help you organise a reliable and well-maintained scooter. Just message us on WhatsApp, and we'll take care of it for you.





CAN WE RENT A SCOOTER WITH ADARA VILLAS?


Yes, housekeeping is provided every other day. Guests can request more or less frequent housekeeping to fit their needs.






DO YOU OFFER HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES?


We accept children in all our villas. Please note there may be some hazards such as swimming pools.





ARE THE VILLAS CHILD-FRIENDLY?


Yes, we do allow pets. However guests must pay a pet security deposit. Please no puppies that are teething or not housebroken.






ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE VILLAS?


We have 100mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi. However, please note that utilities in Indonesia are not as reliable as you may be accustomed to.






IS THERE RELIABLE INTERNET/WI-FI ACCESS?


We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the Villa. You're welcome to smoke outdoors in front of the Villa.





WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?


We provide pool towels that can be taken to the beach. Please note that a fee of 300,000 IDR will be charged for any lost towels."






DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES?


We highly recommend Pepito Express Pecatu (1.4km) for a wide selection of Western groceries, and Pasar Ampera Market (1.4km) for locally sourced fruits and vegetables.





IS THERE A GROCERY STORE OR MARKET NEARBY?


We do not provide chef or catering services at this time. Guests may arrange their own as each villa has a fully equipped kitchen.






CAN I REQUEST A CHEF OR CATERING SERVICES DURING MY STAY?


Yes, please contact us via WhatsApp for stays longer than 1 month.






DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR EXTENDED STAYS?


We speak English, German, and Indonesian.
